Within the SLA we have a service team of Meyer Burger service technicians stationed on customer site. The service technicians carry out the complete maintenance tasks (daily, quarterly and yearly maintenance) for our customer. As a result, the maintenance efficiency has been increased, and the reaction time of service technicians in emergency downtime situations is only 15 minutes.
